Drama yang akan dibahas kali ini adalah Drama Korea terbaru berjudul Ruler: Master of The Mask, sebuah drama saeguk romantis. Drama ini dibintangi oleh dua bintang muda, Yoo Seung Ho (Remember:War of The Son) dan Kim So Hyun (Let’s Fight Ghost). Drama ini direncanakan tayang pada tahun 2017 di stasiun MBC.

Adapun Drama Korea Ruler: Master of The Mask menceritakan tentang situasi yang terjadi pada tahun 1700-an. Putra Mahkota Lee Sun (diperankan oleh Yoo Seung Ho) adalah sosok yang kesepian, yang berusaha melawan Pyunsoo Hwe. Pyunsoo Hwe merupakan organisasi rahasia yang menghimpun kekayaan dan kekuasaan dengan cara mengendalikan pasokan air di seluruh Joseon. Alhasil, Lee Sun pun menjadi satu-satunya harapan masyarakat yang merasakan penderitaan tersebut. 
Di sisi lain, ada Ga Eun (diperankan oleh Kim So Hyun), wanita cerdas yang harus rela mendapati ayahnya dieksekusi atas perintah Lee Sun. Hal itu pun membuat Ga Eun berniat membalaskan dendam. Alih-alih dendam terbalaskan, Ga Eun justru jatuh cinta pada Lee Sun dan sebaliknya, Lee Sun pun menyukai Ga Eun. Keduanya pun saling membantu mengatasi masalah pasokan air tersebut.
